If set to "yes" then INN will support the NEWNEWS
command for news readers. This will really kill your
server performance and it is strongly suggested that
you set this to "no".
yes と設定するとニュース・リーダから、NEWNEWS という操作を使
うことが出来るようになる。
しかしこの設定をすると news server の性能に重大な影響が
出るので、no と設定することを強くすすめる。
